At A.L.L GEMS, operated by A.L.L TRADING, a registered business in France, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with every gemstone and jewelleries purchase. In accordance with European Union and French consumer protection laws, we offer a transparent return and refund policy detailed below.

  1. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

Under Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without the need to give a reason.

To request a return, please contact us by email at info@allgems.fr within this period.

  1. Exceptions to the Right of Return

As allowed under Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the following items cannot be returned:
• Custom-made or personalized jewelry
• Modified, engraved, or resized items
• Loose gemstones altered or selected on specific request
• Products manufactured or adjusted to client specifications

  1. Conditions for Accepted Returns

To be eligible for a refund:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• All certificates, packaging, and documentation must be included
• The product must be returned within 14 days of our return confirmation email

Items returned in incomplete, used, or damaged condition will not be accepted.

    1. Email us to receive a return authorization.
    2. Carefully package the item with all its original contents.
    3. Send it via tracked and insured shipping to:

Return shipping costs are borne by the client unless the item was defective.

  1. Quality Inspection & Refunds

After receiving your return:
• A quality control check will be performed
• If approved, we will issue a refund (excluding shipping) within 14 business days
• Refunds will be made via the original payment method

If the item fails inspection, we will notify you, and the item may be returned to you at your expense.

  1. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send clear photos and your order reference
• We will arrange a repair, exchange, or full refund, including any return shipping if applicable

  1. Repeated Returns & Administrative Costs

To avoid abuse of our return system:

In cases of multiple returns from the same client, a 5% administrative fee may apply to future refunds.
